The Growth Dynamics team members are specialists in Sales Force Development and Sales Management for all aspects of channel or direct sales. Additionally they provide targeted Process Improvement for (non-sales) Management in areas such as healthcare and professional services.

Charlie Hauck (President), partner Fred Liesong and associate Mike Shannon have been involved in growing winning organizations for over twenty years each. The members of this team have a history of business ownership, management or participation in distribution, rep agencies, health care, construction and software that allows their clients to benefit from real world, hands on experience.

If you are looking for laser pointers, fancy suits or an endless array of PowerpoInt slideshows then we probably are not a good fit. The only thing that concerns us is getting results. In fact, if we don't give you or your team something to think about or implement early on then one us is probably in the wrong place at the wrong time. Since there are no "contracts", there is no financial risk to you.
