Why do we have a separate practice for Healthcare?
Even though we use the same tools as in our general practice, we use them in a slightly modified way because Healthcare is different for these reasons:
- Frequent and continuous interaction with others
- Stress inducing environment
- High degree of rules, regulations and policies.
- 24 x 7 staffing
- Well defined hierarchy with a tendency for politics
- Patient well being always in mind
