Our findings in this area are based on the Hartman Values Index ... a science that translates assessment results into 23 capacities or personal skills. It is so highly validated that we have chosen to use it in many of our evaluations for candidates and existing employees as an indicator of their potential skills and capabilities. Yes, some of those potentials need to be developed, but at least we can make you aware that they exist in that person as opposed to another where the potential does not exist.
This assessment measures a person from two perspectives, external and internal, and in six dimensions, three in each dimension:
External:
• Empathetic Outlook ⇒ Judgment of people
• Practical Thinking ⇒ Judgment of tasks
• Systems Judgment ⇒ Judgment of systems
Internal:
• Sense of Self ⇒ Judgment of being
• Role Awareness ⇒ Judgment of doing
• Self Direction ⇒ Judgment of becoming
This report provides a ranking of personal skills that describe an individual’s potential for workplace performance by determining their capability in several areas. After analyzing the clarity, bias and intensity of each of the six dimensions, a Growth Dynamics Analyst can understand an individual’s self view and world view, gaining true insight into the internal and external perspectives that affect superior performance.
