Hey everybody. Charlie Hauck, back again for another Fast Tip Friday.
I want to do this commercial for the people that are creating or recording these Fast Tip Fridays and Sarah's Midweek Motivations, and they make sure our Monday Morning Manager tool gets out to all our clients and friends. And that's the people at Simmons Media in West Chester, PA.
Matt Simmons—he's rented space in the office that Growth Dynamics owns and operates. And we are fortunate enough, every day, to walk into this office and have, I don't know, somewhere between four and eight young, committed professionals occupying space with us. And watching them work diligently day after day, week after week, and seeing the professionalism that these people put into the products that they create for their clients—it’s remarkable.
And I will tell you that that attitude and that commitment comes from the top. It comes right from Matt Simmons, who started this business before he actually got out of college and has done nothing but stay completely focused on success. And it's not just the success of the business—it’s the success of the relationships that are part of his business.
He treats his people well. He treats his customers like they're gold. And he treats himself like he's worth it and allowed to be this good at this age, doing what he loves to do.
So I just want to tell you, if you want a secret of success, or a secret for success—don’t cut corners. Don’t expect it to happen overnight. Don’t avoid the decisions that you have to make. Invest in yourself, and invest in your business, and most importantly, invest in the right people that understand your passion, your commitment, your plan, and the integrity with which you operate your business.
So my Fast Tip Friday this week is: do it right, and do it right the moment you think of going out and getting a paycheck. And do it with the right people that are doing it right, because that’s what I think we get from Simmons Media.
