Hey everybody. Sarah Waple here, President of Growth Dynamics, and I am here with another Fast Tip Friday.
This one—hopefully everyone knows this—is K.I.S.S.: Keep It Simple, Stupid. That's how I end that one. I don't know if everyone else believes in that, but this is your Fast Tip Friday reminder that you don't need to overcomplicate things.
Sometimes the easiest decision, the easiest path forward, is really the one right in front of you. We don't need to overanalyze. We don't need to keep going back to the drawing board.
If you can collect a decision on an opportunity as it is, and everything is on the up and up—we are being moral, we're not being dishonest, we're doing the right thing for ourselves and our client or customer—keep it simple and move on.
Let's not overcomplicate the world, because we all know the world is a pretty complicated place right now. So let's do what we can to make it easy and keep it simple, stupid.
