Fast Tip Friday: Critical Conversations for Q4 Success

Hey everybody, Sarah Wapel here, partner at Growth Dynamics, and I’m back with another Fast Tip Friday.

As you sit here today—it's September—make sure you’ve got all your pieces buttoned up as we head into Q4. Time is ticking to hit your goals, to have those critical conversations with your clients, and to find out whether they’re on track to meet the goals they set for themselves.

Waiting until mid-October… the end of October… or—gosh—please don’t wait until November to have those conversations. If you do, you’ll leave yourself no time to actually help your clients hit their goals or get to where you want to be by the end of the year.

So take the time today to sit down and really review all of your numbers. Take that time. There will be no excuse come November when you realize you’re nowhere near where you wanted to be—because I’m reminding you right now to check in, review your numbers, and come up with a solid game plan to finish the year strong.
