Rob had enough of the constant scrambling he did last year, so he has decided that this coming year he will focus on the resolve, the commitment, and the consistency required to be the pro that he knows he can be. Besides his business plan, he needs a personal roadmap that will guide him to the results he wants in the New Year. This is driven by his dream, goal, and plan.
Diagnosis:
Rob worked a lot on his tactics last year and he now knows that his attitude and behavior must be leveraged in a positive way in order for him to get a return on that investment. His plan is to quit running around like a crazy man, and be methodical and consistent in his efforts and process. He is going to focus on the big picture and avoid getting distracted by all the minor and non- productive sights he may run into along the path. He will be resolved to use the higher-level concepts to keep to his plan and ultimate goal.
