Hey, one of the things I want to talk about now, and it's kind of personal, is that we understand that our attitude, our mental state, our mental toughness is as important as anything that you can deal with in the world of business development; if your attitude is, woe is me, sorry, you probably need a new profession.

If your attitude is, nobody's buying this stuff because we don't have the right price. I'm sorry. You probably need to check yourself before you get up and go to your next day. In your sales arena, if you are not a believer that you're a business owner, and I don't care who signs your paycheck or what the name is on the check, if you don't believe you're a self managed small business operator, as a business development professional, you're probably going to hesitate to make the decisions that are going to be staring you in the face almost every day, what you choose to be and how you choose to be it; there's an endless supply of opportunities for everybody's business. There may not be an endless supply of customers, but every one of those customers probably has multiple opportunities for you to do business with them.

So when we talk about disqualifying, we're not talking about throwing somebody out of the mix. We're just saying that opportunity might not be right for the two of us at this moment, but the next one could be. So I just want to reiterate to everyone, there's ups and downs in our sales careers, I'd love to say everybody's on a steady incline, projecting continuous growth. We all know it's not true. There's ups and dips and more ups and more dips.

How you manage that and how you maximize the ups and minimize the dips is more a matter of your commitment to your own personal success than anything else. It's not the weather, it's not the economy, it's not the politics, frankly, it's still not the pricing. It's just your decision that you can deal with all of those circumstances and make the right decisions at the right moment to create the right outcomes and your attitude and your personal belief and your capability and power to address all those things when other people have quit and decided it's too tough, that's the decision that will separate you from the competition. And I just want you all to remind yourselves that if you act as if you're that powerful, you have a much better chance of actually realizing it than if you're just waiting for luck to land on the table in front of you and tell you, you can have some go create it.

Don't wait on it. You can make it happen. Have a great Friday. Have a great weekend, and have a great week next week. Thank you.
