Hi, I'm John with Growth Dynamics, and I'm here for a Fast Tip Friday! I recently had a question about gifting clients or gifting prospects.... If you're going to use that as a part of your business strategy for growing your efforts prospecting, I'm going to give you a 0 out of 10 on that. I'm not interested at all in seeing anyone that's not generating profit and new revenue for you being rewarded. Anytime you're going to gift someone with something, make sure you're getting something first. And what are you getting? You're getting their business, you're building their trust, and you're delivering what they expect you to deliver. If that exchange is happening, then please, feel free to give them a gift of some sort. It can be something as simple as a box of donuts or a cup of coffee, but don't be giving away stuff you haven't earned yet, and don't be giving away stuff that they haven't earned yet.
