Good Monday Morning.
This is Sarah Waple, President of Growth Dynamics, and I’m here with a special Thanksgiving edition of Monday Morning Manager.
This is probably my first podcast message since Charlie officially passed the reins and named me President—so it wouldn’t feel right to share this Thanksgiving message without first saying how absolutely thankful I am for my dad.
Pop, as the kids call him.
Charlie. Chuck. Master of everything. Doer of things.
Lead trainer. Partner. Husband to my wonderful mother.
My dad is just… the greatest. And I know, as I sit here and say this, that many of you listening would completely agree. You've said it to me. You’ve sent messages. If you celebrated his 70th birthday with us, you might’ve shared a memory or a message. And over the years, so many of you have told us how much he’s touched your life—how he’s helped, improved, or challenged you. And hey, maybe some of you realized you didn’t totally click with him—that’s okay. He’s fine with that too. Not everything’s a perfect fit. But I’m still thankful he crossed your path.
And I’m deeply thankful that you trusted him—and that he built this amazing business called Growth Dynamics, which I now have the privilege to lead.
As I sit here preparing for Thanksgiving—where our family does nothing, by the way, and it’s a joy and a half—we just chill out, no big meal, just time together. For me, that’s usually followed by some time spent in a tree stand or box blind, trying to bring home some venison for the family over the weekend. And every year, this week gives me space to reflect.
Reflect on how lucky I am.
How lucky we are.
Lucky to live the lives we do.
To have the opportunities we have—because of this company.
And at the end of the day, that opportunity exists because of you—our clients, our customers, our friends.
Even if you’re not working with us right now, the door is always open.
Even if you don’t need us anymore, you continue to refer us to the people you trust.
You help us grow our circle. You help us stay part of something bigger.
Over the past few years, I’ve had the chance to meet people my dad used to talk about at dinner during my middle school and high school years—and you’re still here. You still believe in Growth Dynamics. You still believe in Charlie. And you’ve embraced me just as much as you embraced and loved him.
That’s something I want to make very clear:
We don’t take that for granted.
Every day, I come home from coaching sessions thinking about the conversations I had with clients—wondering how their meetings went, hoping they’ll email me updates, wanting to hear how things turned out.
It is a privilege—an absolute privilege—for us to be part of your world.
Part of your success.
Part of your struggles.
Part of your personal and professional lives.
So this week—whether you’re gathered with family or stuck in TSA lines, dealing with traffic, burnt food, or awkward conversations you’d rather skip—please know:
We’re thinking about you.
We are grateful.
We are honored.
And we are excited to keep being a part of whatever comes next.
We’ve gotten a lot of questions lately:
“What’s next?”
“What’s Charlie doing?”
“What’s Sarah doing?”
“What’s Growth Dynamics going to look like moving forward?”
And the answer is simple:
We’re going to keep being us.
We’re going to keep being Growth Dynamics.
We’ll continue to bring you the training we know works.
We’ll continue to deliver assessments that build strong teams and stronger relationships.
We’ll continue to be here—whether it’s by email, text, phone, Slack, or now… even on WhatsApp.
We are here for you—in whatever capacity you need.
If that means working together—great.
If not—that’s great too.
This is the time of year to pause, reflect, and take stock of all the good around us.
And from all of us at Growth Dynamics, we just want to say:
Thank you.
Thank you for being part of our journey.
And thank you for letting us be part of yours.
Happy Thanksgiving.
