It's Not A Conditions Problem

We've all heard it before- it's the market conditions that are making it hard for me to __________. Fill in that blank with any of your favorite or least favorite sales challenges- setting appointments, prospecting, closing, shipping, getting PO's, sending quotes or finding projects to quote. 

Charlie Hauck, owner of Growth Dynamics, believe this just isn't the case. He stands firmly that it isn't a conditions problem, but an equipment challenge. 

Over the last few weeks Charlie has been asked to speak to a handful of national organizations dealing with everyone from company owners, sales pros to youth sports coaches and organizations on how to handle cancellations of seasons. There truly isn't a single person or area that has been left untouched by the current pandemic. 

So how do so many people carry on and make the best of this weird time? We all are challenged to make sure our equipment is ready to go and to help keep us moving forward.
