We are pleased to announce the newest rotation of our High-Performance Sales Program is slated to start on Wednesday, Aug. 10. This course follows the revised timetable and curriculum that was offered at the start of 2022.
The curriculum is designed to take students from "salespeople" to decision-collecting business development experts. Our training helps students learn to disqualify suspects, manage meetings with prospects and clients and move through the sales process more effectively and efficiently.
Our interactive program offers six-months of bi-weekly live zoom classes. This style of class allows Charlie Hauck, owner and lead trainer of Growth Dynamics, the ability to share the lessons while applying them to examples provided from the students enrolled.
At the conclusion of the first six months, students have the next six months to apply what they learn, and schedule individual coaching as needed with Charlie to refine and tailor their process. There is also a new class portal that offers all of the class recordings, documents used in training, homework videos and other resources we feel will help each student.
Who enrolls in our training? This session we already have business owners, individuals new to sales, and experienced professionals looking to refine their processes. This mix of experiences offers students a wide view of different selling scenarios and allows for students to become a support system for each other.
Why did they sign up? Some are nervous to enter the sales game without having sold before. Others are nervous with the state of the economy and want to be recession ready and some are looking to becoming more efficient in their process so they can hit goals quicker.
